Forage young tips of a spruce & birch leaves in May

Smoothie ingredients

  • small handful of young tips of a spruce

  • small handful of young birch leaves

  • 4-5 mint leaves

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup kefir

  • small handful of cucumber

  • 2 celery stalks

Blend the smoothie into a smoothie consistency and drink immediately.
